Red Lion Loft is a modern, first floor coach house apartment situated within the grounds of Red Lion Lodge, in the conservation area village of Old Blidworth. The property stands in 12 acres at one of the highest points in the village, located adjacent to open fields and nearby forest.Relax in the comfortable lounge of Red Lion Loft. The west facing window offers views over the courtyard towards the village looking towards the parish church of St Mary, where Will Scarlet, one of Robin Hood's merry men, is reputed to be buried. A comfortable double bed, equipped with goose feather quilt and pillows, Eqyptian cotton linen is guaranteed to delight our guests and guarantee a good night's sleep. However, if hollow fibre quilt and pillows are preferred, all guests have to do is ask. The windows are equipped with black out blinds so, if you need to make an early start, don't forget to set the alarm.Enjoy a relaxing shower in the spacious bathroom. White Company bathrobes are provided for guests during their stay.The lounge is equipped with comfortable seating and a TV with DVD player and a selection of films is at your disposal.The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridgefreezer, slow cooker and dishwasher together with all the cooking utensils you are likely to need during your stay. The kitchen has a large, south facing roof window which floods the room with light. The under stairs cupboard is equipped with a washing machine and ironing board. If you need anything extra, all you need to do is ask. Blidworth village has a full range of convenience shops, including a Tesco Express, so if you feel like eating in, rather than sampling some of the excellent local restaurants, pubs and takeaways, everything is provided.
